Loss of Appetite: The Warning Symptoms You Shouldn’t Ignore

Source- Business Upside

Individuals who experience fewer frequent feelings of hunger may not need to worry as long as they do not experience a chronic decrease of appetite, which can negatively impact their overall health. If you are not hungry for days at a time, you may have health issues that are not immediately apparent. But it's important to distinguish between a decrease in appetite and a lack of desire to eat, as the latter is a clear indication of a disease that needs to be properly investigated and diagnosed.

What might cause loss of appetite?

An appetite is a consistent desire to consume food. Everyone who eats three square meals a day or more typically has a regular eating schedule and appetite, which is necessary for survival because food gives our bodies the nutrition and energy they need to be healthy. There has to be a physiological or psychological cause if you experience appetite loss. Your level of exercise and hunger are directly correlated; being less active can lead to having a smaller appetite. Your appetite might also be affected by your mental state, such as a poignant life incident. Before an exciting event, for instance, one may experience insomnia or lose their appetite.
