At only 15, a man explained how he earned $7,000 (£6,100) through a straightforward “side hustle” and urged his pals to join him so they could also earn some good money. Jacob Blank, 20, often advises on how to succeed on TikTok (@jacobblank). He was able to increase his wealth via real estate wholesale and became a billionaire by the age of 18.

Years before earning his first million, Blank had also generated a ton of money while attending school. He described in a video how he used to have a lucrative “side hustle” that brought him thousands of dollars. Arizonan Blank posted a video on TikTok with the caption, “The best side hustle!”
