Llyods is one of the largest British financial institutions whose registered office is in Edinburg and its operational headquarters is in London. This institute was founded in 2009 when Llyods TBS acquired HBOS. It operates under several distinct brands, that includes Scottish Widows, Bank of Scotland, Halifax, and Lloyds Bank.
