Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. is an MNC that is based in the United States. It franchises and manages a vast portfolio of resorts and hotels. It has it headquarter in Tyson Corner, Virginia. The company was incorporated as Hilton Hotels Corporation from 1919 till 2009. Today, it has over 6200 properties in 118 countries. This company was founded by Conrad Hilton in the year 1919 in Cisco and had its headquarters in Beverly Hills but in 2009, that the headquarters moved to Tyson corner. The major stockholder of the firm till the mid of 2018 was HNA Group(25%), Blackstone(15.2%), and Wellington Management Group(6.7%). Hilton is a stand-alone firm now.
